First it started with my girlfriend. She stayed over for a few days and all of a sudden got sharp constant pain in both her upper arms. Just this morning my little sister starting experiencing pain in her forearms. Right now I just started feeling a sharp tingly pain in my right shoulder/upper arm and chest/wing/underarm area. What the hell is going on?

It could be the workings of the dreaded Upper-Body-Muscle-Cramping Demon that is haunting your house.
But I seriously can’t think of any kind of airborne agent that would cause such similar symptoms to appear in everyone in the house. There might be something in the water or the food if all of you are eating together. Unless there are other symptoms like headaches, fever, nausea, tiredness, etc., I would be reluctant to blame it on a pathogen of any sort.
You must have all blinked. Sorry, I have no idea. Were you playing the Wii?
