I have what&#039;s known as Frozen Shoulder, but if you can move your shoulders at all that&#039;s probably not what you have.  You could have impingement, which is basically caused by inflammation.  You can go to the following link and &quot;Self Diagnose&quot; your shoulder problem.  Your best bet is going to see your doctor, who will more than likely prescribe physical therapy.
