Why Do I Get Pain After Workouts?

I’ve started working out lately, mostly physicals (push ups, sit ups, pull ups, jogging and running) and i’ve got good results. But recently i began experiencing sharp pain in my shoulder/neck area on my right hand while doing push ups. I’ve stopped the push ups for nearly a week now, but the pain returns everytime i do anything even slightly strenuous. What could be the problem?

    I would consult a doctor. you may have pulled a muscle. It could be nothing or it could be something. y/a really isn’t the place to diagnose
