I thought I was going to die because it even hurt to breathe... turned out, I had a perforrated ulcer.. if I would've let that go, I would've died.. so whatever it is, if it gets worse within an hour or so, go to the emergency room.. cause it started out just feeling like heartburn... then all the bad stuff followed... hope you do ok.
