What Type Of Injury Hurts More In Cold Temperatures? I Have Pain In My Shoulder, Bicept, Forearm, And Hand.?

November 13th, 2009 · 1 Comment · Pain

I’m not sure if this is even an injury, but the pain isn’t getting better. It hurts a lot more when I am cold. It doesn’t hurt in the same spot all at once. For example if my hand is hurting, then my forearm is relieved. If my forearm hurts my shoulder is relieved. I also have been getting headaches on the same side of my body as well and don’t know if it is related.
My hand hurts on the top (not the palm) right side or by the bottom of my thumb. The pinky keeps getting pins and needles. Now, anytime I bend my wrist it cracks, and so does my neck. I never cracked before.
Regardless of where the pain is, it feels the same. It just hurts. There is no position that will relieve it.
When I work out, the pain gets a little less, but my headache gets worse.
I cant figure out how to rest this entire area of my body in a position that feels okay, to see if it is in fact an injury.
Any clue what could be going on?
