and behind it. I feel no pain when I lift my left arm in this manner. It has impeded my workout when I do shoulder presses at the gym (limits the amount I want to increase, which is a bummer, since my shoulders are my weakest muscles right now). I’m pretty broke now (no job..arggh) and was wondering what you think this shoulder condition may be. I can’t afford a MRI or CAT scan now to see what it is..do plan to get an exam done once I’m back in the workforce, though.


You could have pulled a muscle, or you could have a hairline fracture or break of the collar bone. I would rest it, ice it, and see a dr as soon as you can, esp if it does not improve.
My collar bone was broken and I could still lift it, it just hurt.
