I rolled over and heard a pop. then a shooting pain in my shoulder on my back. I can’t hardly breath or move my arm.

well when you dislocate your shoulder you cant move your arm and maybe for the first 5 minutes youll have trouble breathing and well if you still cant move your arm now then you need to go see a doctor or find someone that will pop it back in ecept you might have to wear a sling if you go to a doctor. But if you have dislocated your shoulder then right after you woud have a shock feeling along your your arm you couldn’t be able to like breathe very good, you wouldn’t be able to move your arm at all no matter how hard you tried unless you could some how pop it back in ecept after you pop it back in your shoulder will feel sore for like a day or a hour
(trust me ive dislocated my shoulder alot!!)

If you still have the pain I suggest to see a doctor ASP.
You didn’t dislocate your shoulder that would hurt really bad.You might want to go to a Chiroprator.
