Ouch, probably poor blood circulation there which can lead to a stroke or heart attack
Just see a doctor and explain your symptoms so that he can diagnose your pain

Stabbing pains of an unknown origin are typically caused by a ghost. These are often, but not always, attempts at getting a person’s attention. If it was not painful, you would not seek a solution.

Pain in the left arm or left arm area can be a sign of a heart attack or heart problems and if you don’t want to go to the doctor I would suggest taking a aspirin it will probably take the pain away and keep down the risk but if it still hurts then you need to go to the doctor.
