		<description>It more sounds like a pinched nerve, with the fiery feeling and all. You don&#039;t have to lift very much to cause a minor dislocation of the spine. Any damage there from a pre-existing condition could flare up from normal exercise from time to time. Try a neck brace for a few minutes and see if that makes it fell better, then you&#039;ll know what to tell your Dr. when you see him/her. Definitely GO and see him/her!</description>
