I am having bad pain underneath my right armpit. It hurts worse whenever I lift my arm up and or i tighten my breast/chest muscle. It is also causing pain to shoot through my arm, shoulder and back. It is continuesly getting worse. Any ideas or advice would be wonderful. Thank you.
By the way I’m 23 years old and diabetic.

You have a lymph gland that more than likely is swollen you need to have it examined, it may be infected.
I had something similar, but I also had a small knot. Mine went away by its self. But considering your diabetic I would go to the doctor.
Perhaps you have pulled muscles or it could be a swollen gland.
