iam working as a online marketing, and iam using old model mouse,and it dosent work properly, some times it takes more than four clicks, and even some times it irritates me in such a way that i’ll just hit it to the desk, so as i was used to that,now my right hand gives me a lot of pain, so can any one help me in this to reduce the pain.

It is important that you either fix the mouse or buy a new one. $10 for a new mouse can save you hundreds of dollars in doctor fees. Use some common sense here, please.
