		<description>It&#039;s probably not a disease. It&#039;s probably just tension from stress. I have the same thing and my mom does too. It&#039;s from poor posture and from subconciously walking around lifting my shoulders up. I&#039;m seeing a physical therapist who has given me exercises to do for upper body strength so the muscles won&#039;t constantly tense up. I think a physical therapist is the way to go becuase it alleviates the problem in the long run. In the meantime, look at your posture at the computer. Are your earlobes above your shoulders or are you hunched forward at your neck? The proper posture looks like this:http://my.clevelandclinic.org/healthy_li…</description>
