I have been having sciatica,
Neck and shoulder pain,
major migraines and dizziness and light headedness,
and “pins-and-needles”in my hands and arms!

It’s probably not a disease. It’s probably just tension from stress. I have the same thing and my mom does too. It’s from poor posture and from subconciously walking around lifting my shoulders up. I’m seeing a physical therapist who has given me exercises to do for upper body strength so the muscles won’t constantly tense up. I think a physical therapist is the way to go becuase it alleviates the problem in the long run. In the meantime, look at your posture at the computer.
