I’m a 23 year old female with extremely large breast. I have back, neck, and shoulder pain along with headaches everyday caused from this. I also have no insurance to have a breast reduction. Is there any known method to shrinking them?

Is it possible to relocate on its own??
and is there any risks to just leaving a disloacted shoulder undreated aside from inconvience like pain when you move it and lift heavy objects.
