I Injured My Shoulder While Lifting Weights And Am Wondering If I Can Just Keep Lifting Through The Pain…?

I am having pain even when I am not lifting weights but I don’t want to stop lifting weights and lose any muscle since my shoulders are the most defined part of my upper body. Do I have to lay off or will I risk more serious injury if I keep pushing through the pain.

I Tweaked My Shoulder Lifting Weights. I Have A Basketball Game Tomorrow, How Can I Play With Minimal Pain?

Pain In My Left Shoulder After Lifting Weights?

I get a pain in my shoulder after doing bench presses/shoulder presses and various upper back exercises. Anything i could do to prevent pain after these? My right shoulder never hurts afterwards.
