How Can I Loosen Up My Frozen Shoulder That Hurts When I Do Certain Weight Training Excercises?

Particularly dumbell flys hurts my right shoulder joint.
Two years ago, I had an onset of diabetic frozen shoulder. The severe pains subsided after 6 months. Nowadays, the only time it hurts is during weight training.

Why Do I Still Have Shoulder Pain After 2 Days Of Non Weight Training?

Saturday was my first day of weight training after 6 weeks of sick and exam days
I took it real light it was my biceps/triceps day
Here is what i did
cgsp or close grip bench
95 warm up
135 warm up
155*8
165*7
185*5
Then comes overhead rope tricep extention idk what weight i used
i did 3 sets*12
The comes dips
3 sets*12
then biceps
preacher curl
65*12
85*8
95*8

I get pain in my right shoulder and it like stings us well when i do incline dumbell press and incline bench and also when i do shoulders it hurts!

To Apply Heat Or Cold To A (joint) Shoulder Pain After A Boxing Training And Weight Training?

I just started taking boxing training a year ago, but between lifting weights and boxing sparring. I have this shoulder pain around the JOINT, at 32 yrs old. I applied heat but the pain elevated more…..what can i do to made it better????, as i really love going to do boxing with weight training daily.
