Sometime this week I tweaked my back. Since then I have been having general tenderness when moving. What really hurt is a sharp “electric-like” pain that shoots up/down my spine when I swallow. I woke up this morning with this horrible pain between my shoulder blades (mostly near my spine). It hurts when I take a deep breath or swallow either food or drink. I dont have insurance so therefore I dont have a doctor to go to. Any idea of what this may be?

Just woke up with it,……i did take lipitor and antibiotic(for tick bite)the night before……the more solid the food, the more it hurts when it hits the spot.(At shoulder) and when i burp. I also sleep with my right arm stretched up to the point that my shoulder hurts sometimes.
