Shoulder Pain From Sneezing??

When I sneeze, my left shoulder kills me. A pretty sharp pain, that’s kind of in the front of the shoulder joint, if that makes any sense. What could be causing this? It just started happening a couple of months ago, and my husband has had this for a long time. Hmmm.
