the tissue/muscle feels like it will soon to rip apart whenever i move my left arm.. it has been 2 days.,. is it bc of the shower or bc i mess uo during workout?

A massaging shower head fell onto my shoulder. I now have a pinching and aching pain down my neck shoulder and arm. I don’t have time to go to a physician as I’m going out of town. I’m taking tylenol. What else can I do to ease the pain?
