I’ve been having severe pain in my neck and shoulders, leading to tension headaches, sometimes to the extend that I get nauseous and throw up. I try to relax my shoulders, but I just can’t.

Well I recently went swimming and I got very burnt, now I can not move or put any clothes on and when I touch it, it has very small bumps on my shoulders. I’ve been using solarcaine and taking naproxen. What can I do to help with the pain ?
