Has anyone experienced the same symptoms and no a successful treatment for it?

Hi,
Whenever I sit by table and put my hand on the table, or start typing, I feel a strong pain on my shoulder around rotator cuff. MRI didnt show any tear in there and I am still dealing with this pain for over 2 years. Any suggestions what it might be from?
