I was skateboarding and fell on my outstretched arm. I didn’t hear a “pop” but I’m feeling lots of pain when I raise it parallel to my shoulder. No swelling or tingling, feeling better but still lots of pain. I’m applying heat and Ice is there more I can do.

I think i pulled a muscle in my shoulder. It hurts to move it. I was playing softball after not playing for a while. How do I treat this. How can i manage the pain. What excersizes can I do to get it better. Thanks in advance!
