Pain Under My Right Shoulder Blade (incorrect Posture And Exercise?)?

I have incorrect posture and did posture exercises in the morning, later i did some exercises with dumbbells (mostly arnold bench press) and now i have excessive pain under my right shoulder blade and i feel strain on my right shoulder… should i stop exercising?

When You Adjust Your Posture, Is It Normal To Feel More Pain In Your Lower Back At First?
