I have always had really bad leg cramps but here recently it is my bones not my muscles. I am only 14 and I needa know what this could be. It is like someone is smashing my wrists, knees, ankles, elbows, and shoulders with a hammer! Help?

does taking excess fish oil cause this issue. It also seems its due to stress. But I never had this before when i have been under terrible stress conditions before. So wondering is this stress pain on my knee cap due to the excess fish oil. any one out there with similar pains ?

Getting pain in behind knee when walking and in shoulder joint when raising or using arm. The knee started Saturday and now the shoulder. Any reason for a quick set on pain in joints like this? any ideas?
