How Do You Heal A Pulled Shoulder Muscle Or Ligament ?

I was skateboarding and fell on my outstretched arm. I didn’t hear a “pop” but I’m feeling lots of pain when I raise it parallel to my shoulder. No swelling or tingling, feeling better but still lots of pain. I’m applying heat and Ice is there more I can do.

How Can I Heal My Hurt Shoulder?

Ive had a pain in my rotator cuf for a while and i’ve tried stretching, icing, and heating it. its a sharp pain whenever i turn my shoulder in a certain direction. i can still workout and do daily activities but its annoying. how can i heal this..nothing seems to have worked.

A Pain On My Shoulder Just Cannot Heal?

for almost 2 years now, I have always felt a pain on my right shoulder. After an intensified analysis, i noticed that prolonged computer work is the cause of this. I contacted physicians several times and they agreed with my diagnosis, but the medication i got cannot permanently heal the pain.
