Stretch it by looking left for five second the look strait for five seconds then look right for five seconds.
after that tell her to roll her neck but do not roll it back.
Put some bio freeze on her shoulder and neck (You can find Bio Freeze at you nearest pharmacy).

What Is A Good Present To Get My Friend After He Has Surgery On His Shoulder?

My friend is having surgery on his shoulder and I am going to see him when he gets home. I want to bring something thoughtful, but i don’t really know what to bring after shoulder surgery. Other than the typical “get well” card and balloon or something boring.
Any suggestions? They will be very appreciated.
