Hi, when i run or even go for a little jog, I start to feel pain from inside my shoulder. In addition, even after streaching and warming it up my shoulder starts to hurt shortly after like 5 minutes of playing.
I took an MRI on it and the rotators cuffs are fine.

Some creams like RubA535 could help alleviate the pain. However, if pain persists, it could be a muscular problem, tendonitis, joint problems, etc. Your best bet is to see your doctor and let him know all the details.
