Should I Begin Light Weight Lifting With My Recently Dislocated Shoulder?

If You Dislocated Your Shoulder 1 Month Ago, What Would Happen If You Never Went To The Doctor For It?

Would it just stay dislocated your whole life?
Is it possible to relocate on its own??
and is there any risks to just leaving a disloacted shoulder undreated aside from inconvience like pain when you move it and lift heavy objects.

Three Weeks After Dislocated Shoulder Accident, What Are Normal Symptoms?

After being in an immbolizer/sling for three weeks after dislocating shoulder, are sharp pains through the arm, and elbow muscle atrophy normal? Haven’t started physical therapy yet but afraid to start because of the pain. Please let me know if this is normal three weeks after, or if the pain should be gone.
