I Injured My Shoulder About A Week Ago At The Gym. The Pain Went Away But Came Back Today?

So I hurt my shoulder at the gym last week. I couldn’t move it without pain and there was some clicking/popping when I moved it certain ranges (indicative of rotator cuff injury). The pain got better and better each day, and about 5 days after the injury the pain and clicking was gone.
