When i sit certain ways or lay down a certain way and breath in deep it feel like a sharp pain is in my shoulders could it be for sleeping wrong?

Back Pain That Hurts When I Swallow Or Take A Deep Breath. Any Suggestions Of What This May Be?

I woke up this morning with this horrible pain between my shoulder blades (mostly near my spine). It hurts when I take a deep breath or swallow either food or drink. I dont have insurance so therefore I dont have a doctor to go to. Any idea of what this may be?
