I have slight muscle pain on the upper arm/shoulder area on my left. If anyone has any suggestions about stretches, wraps, or anything i can do to make it go away please tell me! i am in swim so i have to deal with it every day.

This pain has cause restrictions to left arm mobility. A knock on the shoulder is equivalent to a knife being stab into the shoulder/neck area – very agonising.
