You need to look at what kind of working out you are doing and what is aggravating it. Does it hurt when you bench press, do pull downs, etc. You probably strained a portion of your shoulder, either the ligaments, tendons, or muscle itself. You should limit the aggravating activity, rest the shoulder, and ice it.
Once you feel it is better start back slow. Lower the amount of weight, and progressively increase it by small increments.
You might have either strained the ligaments of your ball and socket shoulder joint, or you have inflamed bursa (bursitis). Rest and cold compresses should help, with Advil or Tylenol for pain, if needed. If it doesn’t go away, then see a physical therapist.
Just could be muscular cramping or a trapped nerve
I try hot stone therapy and indian head massage , it really help’s
you need to get some rest and take some Pain killers..if you feel your pain is more than natural go see a docter.
