		<description>sounds like a pinched nerve in your neck more than a shoulder injury. sometimes  when you sleep your body does weird things. it may also be inflammation in the joint which is easy to calm down with with acetaminophen. it&#039;s an anti-inflammatory and cheap from any pharmacy. it will be right next to the aspirin and tylenol.
 i have had repairs done on both shoulders. the left one twice. trust me if it is a pulled muscle, damaged rotator cuff, or like mine, torn tendons. you will know right away. i got cortisone and teflon injections right into the joint for 6 months and that is no picnic.
try making an appointment with a Chiropractor and let him / her know what the problem is. they can probably fix it in one visit.</description>
