I’ve had this pain for about 2 months now. It feels more like it needs to pop than anything else and I only feel pain when I move the arm in certain positions, like when I reach behind me when I’m driving to retrieve a sippe cup or when I try to put my backpack on my shoulder. I can hold my kid in that arm with no pain though.
I’ve had this pain before when I’ve slept on my arm but it usually goes away within a day or two.
Does anyone know what it could possibly be?
I’m in my early 20s if that helps any
