I think your pain/discomfort may be due to an esophageal problem. If it is not - the Dr. will refer you to another specialist. (do you have more pain when you are either full after eating -- or stomach is empty?) - If so , I suspect a hiatal hernia problem. Your blood pressure may be from anxiety as well.
