i have severe back neck shoulder pain its getting bad if i look down it feels like its pulling my spine,and its my whole back sometimes the pain feels like when you have a fever? CRAZy i dont no then i get a headache..anyone please help.

Take some advil or something to start controlling the pain. Go to the chiropractor and get an adjustment or two. Sounds like something is way out of alignment. If its muscles that are strained, you may just need to wait it out. Whatever you do, try to rest your back.
