sounds like it could be. but im not sure. i had migraines when i was a kid and ya i was very sensitive to light, but it was no minor headache it was a ridiculously painful headache. if i was you id see a doctor right away. if its migraines they have medication for it that works for most people and if its not it could be serious. good luck.
