Last night my shoulder just randomly started hurting. I though it would go away when I go to bed but it still really hurts. Its fine if I keep my arm still but as soon as I move it slightly its really painful.
Anyone know what the problem is?

The same thing happened me to as well. I went to the doctor and x-rays showed that I had a torn muscle. There wasn’t much they could do to fix it since it was not a big tear but go to the doctor and have them look at it and they will most likely prescribe you an anti-inflammatory and muscle relaxant to cope with the pain until it heals on its own.
You probaly hit it whilst asleep or something it will be back to normal in a couple of days.
