Physical Therapy Page

For the last few days I have had a pain on my left when I lay on my right. It is around the breast area but if I don’t move position it causes pain in my shoulder. At the begining of the week it was intense but now I am aware changing position helps it is just a little worrying. This is my 1st post so be kind, has anyone else had this problem.
