i am having pain under the lower left side of my ribs. and along with it my stomach feels bad. i am worried that my spleen may be enlarged. i am having no sciatica or shoulder pain. what could this be caused from?

I’ve had that before. Do you have sharp pains when breathing? if so it’s probably a rib that has been minorly cracked and when your lungs expand or move it pushes against the injured rib and you feel a sharp pain. I lie down and stretch my body. I don’t know what it does but i just makes me feel better. Don’t worry, your not alone. It’s probably only an injured rib because of something physical that you’ve done.

many things. this could be a bad bruise that hasnt surfaced yet. could be a broken rib.you could have doen what i have done during my hockey game. get slashed so frigin hard u cant move ur left side. charliehorseed maybe. recent emtional accident. a lot of things could be wrong.

Push in on your stomach on the right hand side, down at the bottom, by your waiste. If it hurts when you push on it, or when you stop pushin on it, go to the doctor immediately. It could be your appendix.
Did you do any lifting? Any type of unusual exercises? Slept wrong?
You can have it checked out. But it just could be a muscle strain.
