Okay well idk when it started but i didn’t do anything to it. my right shoulder blade has been hurting kinda. sometimes its at the top and sometimes its at the bottom. I tried putting a heating pad on it and it didnt work, it feels KINDA better when i take a hot shower, but yeah. and i put ice on it and that didn’t work that well either. it hurts most when im sitting for a long time, or standing sometimes. But the thing is, sometimes it doesnt hurt at all. but sometimes it hurts almost a lot. like idk. My mom said it was growing pains, but i’m not sure. Does anyone know what is causing it or how to get rid of the pains? That would be greattttt!

It is possible that it is growing pains. It could be that the muscle in that region is growing. It could also be that you might have injured that region if you hit it somewhere. If the pain continues I suggest you see a doctor who might have CAT scan done. Feel Better!
