		<description>Physical therapy!? To be honest i don&#039;t think that you are injured. I&#039;m guessing this is your first time lifting weights. Your body might just be sore. Its hurts like hell, like you have been run over by a bus. Take some pain killers and soak in a hot bathe with some Epsom salt. If you dont feel better in a week than go see a doctor. Feel Better!</description>

		<description>Well first of all, I think you should stop weight lifting for the moment. I understand you wanting to loose weight (and I&#039;m sure you have) BUT if you keep weight lifting whilst your body is in pain, you may wreck your body for the rest of your life! I think that&#039;s a good sign to stop until you work out what&#039;s wrong. Your body is probably feeling shock, maybe because you haven&#039;t done weights before. Definitely go and see a physio though. Find other ways to loose weight. How about walking around the block or jogging. 10 minutes every day is enough. Or if you are wanting to loose more weight, than how about going to the gym where you can run and also do weights too, but with supervision (in the case that you are not lifting weights properly which may be the cause of your pains.)
