I started getting serious symptoms of pain 1 week ago. It started after a very busy, stressful week I had. The symptoms began with pain on the left side of me. Left eye, left ear, left side of throat, neck and shoulder. It is also accompanied with nausea and my throat feels heavy. The symptoms subsided after a few days and started up again last night. I am very worried there is something seriously wrong or could it just be that I am very overwhelmed. Could this be anxiety because I have a heaviness that reminds me of an anxiety attack I had years ago.
I am seeing the doctor first thing tomorrow morning.

Yes, see your doctor. That could be signs of stress/tension headache, it could be an anxiety attack, or it could be signs of a stroke/TIA.
That reminds me of two things i’ve had. I actually had an allergic reaction that caused half my throat to swell just a bit. It made my neck sore which tightened the muscles around my ear and then…ow.
I’ve also pulled the muscle that attaches right below my ear and runs down my neck. There’s this swelling burny feeling and it’s aweful
Stress makes you more vulnerable. I would definitely get to a doc asap
