Physical Therapy Page

Ok I’m not sure how to tell you where the pain in coming from so bare with me here:
Its on my left side of my chest/shoulder area. above my breast just a bit. Kinda more towards the inside of my chest.
About 5 years ago, I had pain in same spot went to doctor cuz I thought It was my heart: he said he was a pulled muscle.
I have pain now again there. If i push in my skin where it hurts, its clearly coming from there as It hurts. It feels like a pulled muscle but do you think its my heart? Or something serious? It had hurt from time to time in the past 5 years. Could it be a tumor?
