		<description>the ct syndrome was cause by weaknesses in your body and habits in your daily living (typing or whatever).  surgery would certainly not help or stop this, and yes i wouldve suggested to you along time ago it will creep into your shoulder and neck and eventually in your back
Edit; strengthen your forearms, biceps, triceps, shoulder, traps and lats.  then use yoga and stretching to keeps them all stretched out and gain extra flexibility.  there are wrist stretching programs out there for this specifically.  drink extra water and look into a glucosimine product, and take omega fatty acids.  this will all help but you have to do it.  ask a physio if its all ok
