i had carpal tunnel surgery almost a year ago. I’ve had some discomfort on and off for months since. Like for example, when bending sometimes, grabbing something, weakness and things like that. i thought maybe it was just healing still. Now I woke up today and I’ve got excruciating pain in my wrist, no numbness. soreness on the area when i touch it. what do you think it might be happening in there? will it go away in time? also I’ve been getting like a more often numb tingling feeling in my shoulder blade. It’s on the same side as the wrist i had carpel tunnel surgery on, since about a few months after surgery. Is it related? also what can i take to dull the pain? Advil isnt working. thanks to anyone that can help

the ct syndrome was cause by weaknesses in your body and habits in your daily living (typing or whatever). surgery would certainly not help or stop this, and yes i wouldve suggested to you along time ago it will creep into your shoulder and neck and eventually in your back
Edit; strengthen your forearms, biceps, triceps, shoulder, traps and lats. then use yoga and stretching to keeps them all stretched out and gain extra flexibility. there are wrist stretching programs out there for this specifically. drink extra water and look into a glucosimine product, and take omega fatty acids. this will all help but you have to do it. ask a physio if its all ok
THE PAIN WOULD BE THERE EVERYDAY BECAUSE YOU HAVE WEAKNESS AND IT NEVER GETS A CHANCE TO HEAL FROM EVERYDAY LIFE.
i yelled so youd notice it not cause im mad
Wrist maybe painful in the morning just because you slept on it, and the circulation was not perfect? Now, the pain under your shoulder blade is it on left side? Sometimes it can relate to stress and radiate from heart…
