my grandma is havin pain between her shoulder and arm and it’s lasted for a few hours now. she said on a scale of 1-10, it’s a 5 or 6. she has a pacemaker. could this have something to do with her heart? do you think she should go to the ER?

TAKE HER TO THE ER, looks like the pain that your grandmother is feel is called phantom pain…. its usually related to heart attacks but i’m not 100%. it could be your grandmothers peacemaker…. either way its abnormal so i strongly suggest to go to the ER.

The best thing to do is take her to the ER. The second best thing is to call the emergency room or any hospital and ask to speak to a nurse or doctor and tell them the symptoms that your Grandma is having and see what they advise you to do.
YES! she should get there right away just in case there is something in the pacemaker malfunctioning. It is possible it is nothing but it is alsopossible to be something major. good luck
