		<description>With the numbness in the hand and shoulder, dependant on your accident, i would venture a guess and say you had a neck stinger. the nerves from the shoulder blade (scapula) can be affected, all the way up thru the shoulder and down into the hands.
Rest and relaxation is the best remedy for that.
If the tingling persists, you may have a pinched nerve. Maybe see an orthopedist.</description>
