I have recently started weight lifting to gain some weight. It has been a week now and I feel a very usual pain in my left shoulder. As a starter Im only doing Push ups and some pull ups. When I started I was able to do 5 push ups at a time and after a week I can do 25. I’m definitely improving but I can literally feel bone cracking on my left shoulder. Is that normal? (I dont feel it on the right shoulder because I play Table tennis every day and Im a right handed player, could that be the reason?)
