Nerve Pain, I Have Had A Weird Pain In My Back. Mris Negative Numb Foot And Mussel Cramps In Shoulder?

rays and mris showed nothing that would directly connect with symptoms. can a nerve be the problem ? and can it be helped?

    It could be the way you sleep. Are you all twisted when you sleep? Do you sleep in a chair a lot? I had the same problems and it turned out it was the way I was sleeping.

    It might be a nerve problem, or it might be a deficiency in certain vitamins such as potassium or B-complex.
    It does sound an awful lot like a pinched nerve in your back to me. You might want to see a specialist, since the doctors you already saw aren’t seeing the cause.

    you may have a possible pinched sciatica nerve. having a pinched nerve can cause numbness even tingling down your leg into your foot. i dont know what the muscle cramps could be from however.
